      "Whereas Professor James Lark has shown steadfast dedication, loyalty, perseverance, integrity, and service at all levels of the Libertarian Party,
      And, whereas, this steadfast dedicatoin, loyalty, perseverance, integrity, and service has benefited the Libertarian Party at all levels,       Be it resolved, that the Libertarian Party of Virginia urges the delegates to the 2000 National Convention of the Libertarian Party to elect Professor Lark to the office of Chariman on the first ballot."
